A very special shade-grown and powdered form of the Camellia sinensis (green tea) plant, this beautiful drink has a rich history of reverence in Japan, where it is the tea of choice in the traditional tea ceremony. Honey Matcha Latté
Ingredients
1 cup (unsweetened) milk of choice + 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. matcha powder
1-2 tsp. pure raw honey
Combine ingredients in a small blender and blend until frothy, 30 seconds or so. Transfer to a small pot on the stovetop and warm over medium heat just until steaming. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
Cinnamon Swirl Matcha Latté
Ingredients
